Purchase of products
When purchasing products in the VERITY – Portuguese Ceramic online store, you must fill in some personal information such as name, address and payment information. After placing the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the order confirmation. As soon as we pack your products, you will receive a new e-mail informing you that it is being distributed.
In order to purchase in our online store you must be at least 18 years old
If you cannot find the confirmation e-mail in your inbox, confirm that it didn’t go to the spam folder. If you still cannot find the e-mail, contact us via e-mail to verity.develop@gmail.com.
How to shop with us
- Select the disered products, add it to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
- Fill in the personal information: name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If you wish, you can enter a different delivery address.
- Confirm that all personal and product information is correct.
- Choose your payment method. Accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy
- Enter your payment information and complete your order.
Order cancellation
If the payment isn’t made within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.
If the order is already in process and you want to cancel it, you may send us an e-mail to verity.develop@gmail.com requesting your cancellation. The information must include the order number. The paid amount will be refund, however shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
The Exchange or return is accepter and made under the following conditions:
1) The product must be returned has new and without signs of use within 15 days after receiving the order.
2) The product must tbe returned in its original packaging, with all the respective components.
3) A VERITY – Portuguese Ceramic assumes no responsability in the event of loss or damage occurring when the returned product is sent by the purchaser.
4) If you want to make a return, just send order to the sender’s address.
5) The return shipping costs are the responsability of the purchaser.
6) After receiving the product and checking that i tis in good condition, the amount will be fully credited.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are dispached within 24 to 72h.
